Absolutely! All the necessary Trades required for your renovation are managed by us.
Your Bathroom and or Kitchen will be in the process of re-furbishment for the duration of the building process. However, we ensure that the building works are sealed off from the rest of the house so you are able to remain in your home. Dust prevention and cleanliness are a high priority.
For larger scale renovations, we usually recommend that your premises are vacated for the duration of the Building Programme. This will help in expediating your re-furbishment and may even save time regarding your Building Programme.
First and foremost, request a consultation to help you in assessing your space. This way we can work on your scope of works as this assists us in estimating your project.
We do a thorough detailed site survey in order to flag any issues that may arise. We then factor in a small contingency to allow for this.
Once we have discussed your vision and assessed the scope of your project, we will then give you a detailed Design and Construction programme to include estimates.
Small to medium sized bathroom re-furbishment usually take 2-4 weeks. Small to medium sized kitchens 3-4 weeks incorporating all the trades; Demolition, making good, plumbing, electrical work, tiling, joinery and finishing.
